This class is perfect for anyone who has never tried Yoga before, who has just started practicing, or anyone who needs a bit of a "refresher" after not practicing for awhile. Demonstration of poses and verbal cues will allow you to learn how to safely move in and out of the Yoga poses. Yoga props and modifications are also offered to ensure everyone can access poses at their own level. Class is limited to 10 people so lots of individual attention can be paid. Pre-Registration is required.

All Levels Hatha Flow with Cathy
A Hatha style Yoga class focusing on flowing from pose to pose - linking movement with the breath. Postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body, as well as relax your mind. This style of Yoga allows each participant to practice at their own level - Beginner and Beyond! - props and modifications will be offered for proper alignment and ease in the postures, and students always have the option to take their flow to the next level, challenging their strength and flexibility in whatever way feels best for them. Cathy Jaman is a 200 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance. She completed her 200 Hour Hatha Flow - Ashtanga influenced, in Baja California Sur, Mexico in 2018. Her goal is to provide students with the benefits of each pose, awareness to the breath, opening of the heart, calmness of the mind and remaining present in the moment.
Cathy strives to create a safe practice, without judgement. Pure acceptance regardless if you are new to yoga or not. Cathy believes that yoga is not a competition. Yoga is about being kind, not only to others but also to yourself and accepting yourself exactly as you are.
