Beginner:

This class is for anyone - from 18 - 90 years of age! - who has never taken a Yoga class before, has been wanting to try Yoga, or has just started a Yoga practice. You will learn how to safely move in and out of postures and how to modify the postures to fit your needs. This class provides demonstration of postures as well as plenty of alignment cues to assist the participant in the poses. At the end of this six week session, the hope is for you to have more confidence in practising Yoga! This class is limited to only 10 participants so there will be lots of individual instruction and attention.  Sign up today! 

Winter 2017 Schedule:

Wednesday evenings, November 1st - December 6th, 7:00pm - 8:00pm

Beginner Level 2:

The next step in your Yoga Journey!! Beginner Level 2 is for those who have already completed the Your Best Yoga Beginner Class or already have a solid foundation to their Yoga practice. This class follows the same format as the Beginner class, but will introduce new postures and breath work. Class is limited to 10 people so individual instruction and attention can be provided. Sign up today!

Drop-In Classes:

 

Beginner - Intermediate Flow Style Yoga:

This class is for those who have taken some Yoga before, but still consider themselves Beginners, and anyone who wants to move their body and ease their mind! In this style of class, you transition from one pose to another in a "flow", set to music, with plenty of verbal direction and alignment cues. We will be doing sun salutations and other sequences that focus on moving the body with our breath, while allowing sufficient time in each posture to find correct alignment and a great stretch. Sign up for  a 3 or 6 class pass or drop in when you can!

Wednesday Evening's:  8:15pm - 9:15pm, November 1st - December 6th. 

Please Note: Due to lower than expected numbers, this may be the last session for Drop In classes. If you LOVE the Drop In option, make sure you come to classes and let us know you would like to see it on the schedule next year!

Fee's can be paid ahead of time online (see PayPal button below to purchase class passes), or in person. Class passes do not expire so if you don't use all the classes during one session, you can use them in the next one!!
