* NEW CLASS* Restorative Reiki with Ashley
Please register for this class by March 9th. If less than 5 people sign up, the class will be cancelled.
This yoga class will be a relaxing combination of gentle stretches and restorative yoga poses, that will allow your body and mind, to completely rest and relax. Elements of Reiki will also be incorporated to compliment the Yoga practice. Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that is known to be incredibly therapeutic. This class is great for all levels - Beginners & Advanced Yogi's - anyone looking for stress reduction, or those with past or present injuries/limitations. Class is limited to 10 people so individual instruction and attention can be provided. Sign up today!

Ashley is a registered Yoga Instructor and certified Reiki Practitioner. She completed her first Yoga teacher training in India and is currently continuing teacher training at Yoga Centre Winnipeg. She completed her Advanced Reiki training and has also studied Ayurvedic Medicine, Shamanism and has a passion for crystal healing knowledge.
She was drawn to become a teacher after experiencing an injury and having yoga be a significant part of her spiritual, as well as physical, journey through recovery and rehabilitation.
Beginner Flow Style Yoga - This class is now full
This class is great for those newer to Yoga, as well as students who are looking for a change of pace in their Yoga practice. We will learn fundamental Yoga poses, Flow style, moving with our breath and focusing our attention. This style of Yoga allows each participant to practice at their own level - props and modifications will be offered for proper alignment and ease in the postures, and students always have the option to take their flow to the next level, challenging their strength and flexibility in whatever way feels best for them. (Note: if you are brand new to Yoga - Don't worry! We will be breaking down poses, learning proper Yoga breath, and reviewing important alignment cues during our first class) Sign up today!

Beginner Level 2 - This class is now Full
The next step in your Yoga Journey!! Beginner Level 2 is for those who have already completed the Your Best Yoga Beginner Class or already have a solid foundation to their Yoga practice. Class is limited to 10 people so individual instruction and attention can be provided. Sign up today!
