Beginner Level 2

The next step in your Yoga Journey!! Beginner Level 2 is for those who have already completed the Your Best Yoga Beginner Class or already have some experience with a Yoga practice. This class follows the same format as Beginner, but the poses introduced are a bit more challenging. Class is limited to 12 people so individual instruction and attention can be provided.

All Levels Flow Style Yoga  

This class is great for those newer to Yoga, as well as students who are looking for a change of pace in their Yoga practice. We will practice fundamental Yoga poses, Flow style, moving with our breath and focusing our attention. This style of Yoga allows each participant to practice at their own level - props and modifications will be offered for proper alignment and ease in the postures, and students always have the option to take their flow to the next level, challenging their strength and flexibility in whatever way feels best for them. (Note: if you are brand new to Yoga - Don't worry! We will be breaking down poses, learning proper Yoga breath, and reviewing important alignment cues during our first class. It is recommended that Beginners register for the entire session)

*NEW* - If you have been wanting to sign up for classes, but haven’t been able to commit to a 6-week session, you can now purchase a 6-class pass and Drop-In to this All Level’s Flow. 6-Class passes are $72.00 and do not expire, so you can use them in other sessions when a Drop In class is offered. Individual Drop-In can also be purchased for $15.00/class. Please note: Only the All Levels Flow Style class is offered with a drop-in option currently. Passes cannot be used in Beginner or Beginner Level 2 classes. Passes/Individual Drop-In’s can be purchased using cash, cheque, or e-transfer only (no paypal) at the beginning of the class you attend. The 12 person capacity still applies to this class. If the class fills to it’s 12 person capacity with Registered Students this option will no longer be made available.


This class is perfect for anyone who has never tried Yoga before, who has just started practicing, or anyone who needs a bit of a "refresher" after not practicing for awhile. Demonstration of poses and verbal cues will allow you to learn how to safely move in and out of the Yoga poses. Yoga props and modifications are also offered to ensure everyone can access poses at their own level. Class is limited to 12 people so lots of individual attention can be paid. Pre-Registration is required.
